The different types of veneers will have a little different procedure. Porcelain veneers are made in a lab and composite veneers are done in the office. Porcelain veneers are a thin layer that is applied to the top of the teeth in the second visit. On the first visit, you will get measured for the lab to produce the veneer. A composite veneer is applied directly to the tooth in a composite. These two types of veneers are used for different dental issues.
